KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That each of
the undersigned, being a general or liraited partner of
HempY~ill, Noyes & Co., or the wife of such a general or
limited partner, and collectively constituting all of
the general and limited partners of such firm at April 19,
1961,~and their wives, dces hereby cor~stitute and appoint
JANSEN NOYFS, JR. and WILLIAM Q. MALONEY his or her attorneys-
in-fact, in his or her name, place and stead, to execute,
acl~owledge and deliver on his or her behalf a deed or deeds
to the properties located in South Port, St. Lucie, Florida,
which are recorded in the deed records of St. Lucie County,
State of Florida, as being owned by Hemphill, Noyes & Co., .
