KNOW 4LL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That each of the
undersigned having become a general partner of Hemphill,
Noyes & Co. after April 1~, 1961 and on or prior to December
31, 196u, and each being general partner of such firm on
such later date, or the wife of such a general partner, does ~
hereby constitute and appoint JANSEN NOYES, JR. and WILLIAM a. ~
MALONEY his or her attorneys-in-fact, 'in his or her name, ~
place and stead, to execute, acknowledge and deliver on his ~
or her behalf a deed or deeds to the properties located in ~
South Port, St. Lucie, Florida, which are recorded in the deed ~
records of St. Lucie County, State of Florida, as being ~wned
by Hemphill, Noyes & Co., with the same effect as if any such
deed or deeds were personally executed, acl~owledged and de- :
livered by him or her, hereby granting to said attorneys-in-fact, ~
or either of them, f~.ill~authority to delegate any or all of his ~
powera pursuant to the foregoing to ar~y person or persons whom ~
such attorneys-in-fact shall select. '
