THIS INDENTURE, Made this 26th day of August, A,D., 1966,
between STEPHEN BARTULOVICH and HSDD~f B~ARTULOVICH, his wife, 114

and State of Florida, parties of the first part, and ERNEST W.
ZIEBELL and ALPAA E. ZIEBELL, his wife, General Delivery,

- WITNESSETH, that the said parties of the first part, for and
in consideration of the sum of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS, and other
valuable considerations~to them in hand paid, the receipt whereof
