~ I, ROGER POITRAS, Clerk of the above-entitled Court, do hereby
certify that heretofore, on the 15th day of August, 1966, I executed
and filed herein my Certificate of Sale on the mortgaged property,
and that no objections to such sale have been filed herein on or
before the date hereof, and that ten (19 days have elapsed since
the filing of said Certificate of sale.
The said mortgaged property is described as follows, to-wit:
Lot 30 of Block 9, of SILVER LAKE PARK ADDITION, as per plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 10, at page 8 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
and was sold by me to ROBERT E. POYSELL, who now has title thereto
subject to a first mortgage to First Federal Savings and Loan Assoc-
iation of Fort Pierce, Fort Pierce, Florida.
WITNESS my hand and the official seal of this Fionorable Court,
