This cause coming on this day for final judgment and it
appearing to the Court that a~ury having been heretofore duly
empaneled and sworn according to law, and after having heard
testi*~ony and evidence adduced before them, and havin~ heard the
Charges o~ the Court and being duly advised in the premzses and
havin~ retired to consider their verdict, returned to open cour~
and rendered the following verdict: ' ~

"We, the jury, find for the Plaintifz~s, 0. J.

Company, and E. C. Collins, Jr., and against ~he
