It is, thereupon,

. COLLINS, JR., do have and recover from the Defendants, D. A. D.,
INC., a Florida corporation, and E. Z. E., INC., a Florida
corporation, the sum of T'W~NT'~C TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED and NO/100
DOLI~ARS (~22,500.00), plus Plaintiffs' costs in this action expended
and hereiri taxed at FIFTY-SEVSN and NO/100 DOLLARS (~57.00), for
which let execution issue. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiffs,.0. J. POWELL,
trading and doing business as 0. J. Powell Company, and E. C.
COIS{INS, JR., do have and recover from the Defendant CONSOLIDATED
DEVELOP~IENT CORPOR.ATION, the sum of SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED and
NO/100 DOLI.ARS ($7,500.00), plus Plaintiffs' costs in this action
expended and taxed herein at NINETEEN and NQ/100 DOLI~ARS ($19.00),
for which let execution issue.
