Together with all structures and improvements now and heresfter on tiaid land, and fixtnres attached
thereto, and aU rents, issues, proceeds, and profits aceruing and to accrue from said premisea, all of which
are included within the foregoing description and the habendum thereof ; also all gas, ateam, electric,
water. and other heating. cooking~ refrigerating, lighting, plumbing, ventilating, irrigating, and power
systems~ machines, appliances, fixtnres, and appurtenances~ which now are or may hereafter pertain to,
or be used with, in, or on said premises, even though they be detached or detachable.

u the same, together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and ap-
purtenances thereunto belonging or in anyv~ ise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remain-
der or remainders, rents, issues, and profits thereof. and also all the estate, right, title, interest, home-

law as in equity, of the said mortgagor in and to the same, and every part thereof, with the appurte-
nances of the said mortgagor in and to the same, and every part and parcel thereof unto the said
mortgagee in fee aimpl~.
And the mortgagor hereby covenants with the mortgagee. that he ia iridefeasibly seized of said land
in fee simple; that he has fnll power and laKful right to convey the same in fee simpie as aforesaid;
that it shalt be tawful for the mortgagee, at all times peaceably and quietly to enter upan, hold, occupy,
and enjoy said land, and every part thereof; that the land is and will remain free from all encumbrances;
that said mortgagor will make such further assurances to prove the fee simple title to said land in said
mortgagee aa may be reaaonabiy required, arrd lhat aaid mortgagor dees- hereby~ fallr warrant-the litle
to said Iand, and every part thereaf, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever.
