Pierce Properties, Inc., a dissolved Florida corporation and
successor corporation to Fort Pierce Financing and Construction
Company, parties of the first part, and WILLIAM E. RITTENHOUSE ~

WITNESSETH: That in consideration of the parties of

the second part desiring to sell the hereinafter described pro- s

perty and of the sum of One Dollar ($I.00j and other valuable ~

seco~d part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the
parties of the first part hereby renounce and release the right
of reverter of Fort Pierce Properties, Inc., a dissolved Florida
Corporation, and successor corporation to Fort Pierce Financing

and Construction Company, its stockhoiders and its trustees in '
di~solution, in and to the land in St. Lucie County, Florida,
de:-cribed as follows: ~

Lot 4, in Block 9, of Revised Map, Fort Pierce ~
Beach, according to the plat thereof recorded ;
in Plat Book 8, at page 29, of the public re-
cords of St. Lucie County, Florida.

because of or for a condition, restriction or limitation ~

violated or broken by the grantee in a certain deed hereinafter ~
described or the heirs, successors or assigns of such grantee,
should a breach or violation occur of any restriction, limitation
or condition contained in that certain Warranty Deed, made by

Fort Pierce Financing and Construction Company to W. E. Ritten- %
house, dated February 21, 1928, and filed for record April 11, '
