nominate and appoint as Succeesor Trustee hereunder the beneficiary
firat above named, unless such beAeficiary be legally incompetent,
in wr.ich event I hereby nominate and appoint as Successor Trustee
hereunder the beneficiary whoee name appears second above. If such
beneficiary named second above shall be legally incompetent, then I
nominate and appoint as Successor Truatee the beneficiary whose name
appears third above. If such beneficiary named third above ahall be
legally incompetent, then I nominate and appoint as Successor Trustee
hereunder RICHARD D. NIEHAUS, 224 Charmuth Road, Timonium, Maryland.
6. This Declaration of Trust shall extend to and be binding
upon the heirs, executors, administrators and assigns of the under-
signed and upon the Succesaore to the Truatee.
7. The Trustee and his euccessors shall serve without bond.
8. ~hi$ Declaration of Trust shall be construed and enforced
in accordance with the lawa of the State of Florida. ;
