DEDICATION
WHEREAS, NORTH BEACH DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, a
Florida Corporation has heretofore developed and platted certain lands
owned in St. Lucie County, Florida, as a subdivision knawn as "Fort
Pierce Shores", and did on the ?th day of May, 1963, executed that ~
certain Dedication which is recorded in O. R. Book 62 at page 505 of ~
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida for the purpose of assuring
the owners and occupants of lots in said subdivision of access to the Atlantic
Ocean Beaches lying in close proximity to said subdivision; and
WHEREAS, not only the intended beneficiaries of said Dedication
have utilized the 'rights of way and easements heretofore dedicated as afore-
said but the same have likewise been utilized by the Public; and
WHEREAS, this Corporation believes it to be in the best iirterest of
St. Lucie County and the inhabitants thereof that the private rights of way and
easements heretofore granted should be made public as a matter of record; .
NOW, THEREFOR,E, NORTH BEACH DEVELOPMENT COMPANY

~ does hereby dedicate to public use, forever, a perpetual right of way and
easement for pedestrian ingress and egress to the Atlantic Ocean Beaches
= over and across the following parcels of land:
A strip of land ?0 feet wide encompassed by an
(1) Easterly projection of the North and South right
of way lines of Banyan Road, as said road is ~
delineated on the plat of Fort Pierce Shores,
_ Unit 1, Plat Book 9, Page 9, public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, from the Easterly
terminus of said road across a parcel of land
marked "Reserved"to the high water mark of
the Atlantic Ocean .

(2) A strip of land 70 feet wide encompassed by an ~
