right of way line of Royal Palin Way, as delineated
on the Plat of Fort Fierce Shores, Unit 3, Plat
Book 9, Page I9, public records of St. Lucie !
County, Florida, from the Easterly terminus ~
of said road across a parcel of land marked
"Reserved" to the high water mark of the
l~tlantic Ocean.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said North Beach Development
Company has caused this instrument to be executed and its corporate seal
affixed hereto this 29th day of August, 1963.
