8, The right of Seller to insist upon atrict performaryce shall not be affected
by any previaus waiver, course of dealing, extension, forbearance, or reneWal.
9. This agreement cont,ains each and every agreement and understanding existing
betWeen the parties relative to the subject matter of this agreement and no
agent of aeller has authority t~o change, modify or add to this agreement or to
make a~ other or further agreeaaent in coru~ection there~ith.
10. A~r notice to be given hereunder by Seller.may be gi.vea by mail addressed to
Purchaser at the aforementioned address, ar may;,be_left ~t the aforesaid premises
of Purchaser. If given by_ mail;- .the time of mailing shall be the time of giving

or refiling of this agreement xithout aqy further notice to Purchaser. Said equip- ~
ment shall remain~personal property at all times and the fact that this agreement
may be filed or recorded under any la~~governing attachments to realty shall no~t
be construed as an admission that said~equipment or a~r part thereof is or is to F
become realty, the underst be ~
