verbatim herein, and recorded pursuant to 695.02, Florida
Statutes, in 01'ficial Record Book 138, pages 115-118, of the
public records of St. Lucie Goanty, Florida. ~
In this instrument tha singular shall include the plural, ~
end the masculine shell include the feminine and neuter. All
ri~hts and obligat ions under this mortgage shall extend to and
be bindins upon the respective heirs, exscutors, administrators,
successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
