Together with all buildings, improvements, fiatures or
' appurtenances now or hereafter erected thereon or placed there-
j in, including ell appQratus, equipment, fiatures or articles,

ply heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refrig-
eration, ventilation or other services, and any other thing
now or hereafter therein or thereon, the furnishing of whi~h

heaters (all of which are intended to be and are hereby de-
clared to be a part of seid real estete whether physically
attached tnereto or not); and also together with all ease-
menta and the rents, issues and Frofits of said premises which
are hereby pledged, assigned, transferred and set over unto the
Mort~a~ee, whether now due or hereafter to become due e~ pro-
vided in the Supplementel A~reement secured hereby. The Mort-
gagee is hereby subrogated to the rights of all mortgegeees,
lienholders and ow:ers Faid off by the proceedg of the loan
hereby secured. -

ings, improvements, fixtures, appurtenances, apparatus and
~ equipment, and with all ths rights and privile~es thereunto
belonging, unto said Mortge~ee forever, for the usea herein

atead, exemption and valuation laws of any state, which said
rights and benefits eaid Mortgagor does hereby release and
waive.
