are hereby incorporated herein as fully as if written out
verbatim herein, and recorded pursuant to 695.02, Florida
Statutes, in Official Record Book 138, pages 115-118, of the
public records of St. Lucie Gounty, Florida.
In this instrument the sin~ular shall include the plural,
and t1:9 masculine shell include the feminine and neuter. All
ri~hts and obligat ions under this mortgage shall extend to and
be bindinb upon the respective heirs, executors, administrators,
successors and assigns of the Mortgegor and Mortgegee.
