Statutes, in Official Record Book 138, pages 115-118, of the
public recorda of St. Lucie Gounty, Florida.
In this instrument the singular ahall include the plural,
and the masculine sh~ll include the feminine and neuter. All
' rights and obligat ions under this mortgege shall extend to and
be bindin~ upon the respective heirs, executors, adminietrators,
successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
