a corporation having its prin~ipal place of businesa ati San Francisco~
California, hereinafter called the Assignor~ in consideration of ths
sum of ONS ($1.00~ DOLLAR and other valuable consideration paid by
TH~ LAWYTR~3 CO-OPEBATIVS PUBLISHING CQMPANY, a corporatioa having
its principal place of buainesa at Rochester, Nev? York, hereinafter
called the Aasignee, doea hereby sell~ assiga, tranafer and set over
to the Assignee all of its right, title and intereat in and to a
cert~in book purcha$e agreement dated April 2, 1963 , by and between
ED~~7ARD 0. DENISON of FORT PIER~E, FLORIDA ~
as buyer, and said Asaignor, as seller, together with any and all moneys
due, or that may become due thereunder. A true and correct copy of
said book purchase agreement is attached hereto and incorporated herein
bp reference. .
The Assignor hereby appointa the Assignee to be its true and lawf111
attorney, irrevocable, for it and in its name and stead to demand,
collect, receive and sue for any money or moneys due, or to become
due, under the said book purchase agreement; to do all acts and things
necessary, or proper, to accomplfsh any of the foregoing purposea; and
to substitute one person or more, with like pawers.
