covering property known as 811 Orange Avenue, Fort Pierce, St.Lucie County,
Florida being loaated on Lots 1,2,3,4 and part of Lot S, parkway SubdiviBion,
Fort Pierce, Florida;
THE LESSEB does hereby agree to•exerciBe the Five (S) Year
renewal privilega provided in the Lease Renewal and Extension Agreement
dated October 17, 19b~, as set forth in that certain Agreement between
