IN RE: Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, of Block 29, of BILTMORE PARK,
accordinq to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
4, at page 52, of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.

Before the undersigned authority, duly authorized to
administer oaths and take acknowledgments, personally appeared
FRANK FEE, who, after being first duly sworn by me, upon oath
says: T'hat my name is Frank Fee; that affiant was attorney for
Mary Esther Alispaw during her lifetime, and as such prepared
that certain Warranty Deed recorded in Official Heoord Book 79,
at page 501, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Affiant further states that affiant and Yiis secretary, Melba H.
Osteen, witnessed the signature of the said Mary Esther Alispaw
~ to the aforesaid Warranty Deed on the 23rd day of January, 1964.
I Affiant further states that prior to the preparation of said
Warranty Deed, abstracts of title covering Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4,

of Block 29, of BILTMORE PARK, were delivered to George P. Stanich ~

and Ada W. Stanich, his wife, as it was the intention of Mary ~

Esther Alispaw to convey the title to and possession of Lots l, ?
. 2,:-3 and 4, of Block 29, of BILTMORE PARK, according to plat thereof
reccrded in Plat Book 4, at page 52, of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, to the said George P. Stanich and Ada W.
Stanich, his wife.
Affiant further states that in the preparation of the
aforementioned Warranty Deed the plat book and page number of Bilt-
more Park was erroneously shown as Plat Book 5, at page 24, of the
public records of St. Lu~ie Countp, Florida, when in fact, it should
