of St. Lucie County, Florida. Affiant further states that a check
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, wi11 reveal
that Plat Hook 5, at page 24, of the public records of St.Lucie
County, Florida, is the plat of Pinewood Subdivision, and the
aforementioned deed was intended to convey Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4~ ~
of Block 29, of BILTMORE PARK, and at no time was there ever any ~

intention to convey any property in Pinewood Subdivision by th~ j
aforementioned deed.
Affiant further states that the purpose of this Affidavit
is to attempt to rectify the error made in the ~eferences to the
plat book and page number in the aforementioned deed which was
prepared under the direction of Affiant.
Affiant says nothing further.
