THIS WARRANTY DEED, Made and executed the 25th day of May,
19 66 , by DONALD L. S~PHARD, AS TRUSTEE, and JER4ME A. SIMONS, AS TRUSTEE,

WITNESSETH: That the Grantors for and in consideration of the sum of
