For value received, I, we or either af us, pramise to pay,
without defalcation, to the order of DAL~IEL C~l~lQB~LL and JO~N DxO~IDOBIC~,
jointly at the ].aw office of Irving Frank, Jr., in Fort Pierce, !'lorida,
the sum of Four Thousana R1~renty Five Dolla~rs ~rith interest from date at
the rate of 69L per annwn on t2ie unpaid balance in monthly inatallmeats
on the 6th day of October. 1966 and eacl~ mont2i thereafter as follows,

the holder, and wfthout any other notice, all the remaining installments

installments at any installment maturity date, but this ahall not ex-
tend the time of maturity of any subsequent installment. Neither fos-
bearance, nor acceptance by the holder hereof after any default in asy
payment hereon, shal.l be deemed Extension.
Each maker, surity and endoreer hereof, ~ointly and severally,
~ waiv~s 2emand, presentment, proteet and notice of proteat for nonpayment,
and turicher agrees to any extension of time of payment, either befose
or after maturity, without notice to any of us~ and to pay all coets of
collection, includfng a reasonable attotney's fee in the event of any
; default hereunder, and hereby severally wa~ves all benefit of homestea8
and exemption under the conetitution and laws of each State of the
United States, as against this obli~ation or any extension or renewal
hereof.
