This agreement entered into this 31sL d~y of A~~t , 19~, by and between
RDGINAI~ V. WATII2S and EI,`l'A M. WATERS, as &cecutors of the Fstate of FRANCIS SCOTr
WATERS a~k~a F. SCOTP WATERS, deceased, hereinafter called the Mortgagor, and LON
WORTH CRaFi, JR. ~ as Trustee for the LON WORTH CROW C(1N~ANY II~'LO~Yr'~S' PROFIT SHARING

Whereas the Mortga.gor did on the 22nd day of July, 1963, make, execute and deliver
to Lon Worth Crorr Co~paqy, a Florida corporation, a mortgage note and mortga~e
securing same, said mortgage being recorded nnder Clerk's File No. 117379 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie Cou.nty, Florida, and modified by virtue of Modification
agreement dated July 26, 1966, recorded under clerk's File No. 117547of the
aforesaid records, and encumbering the folloiring described property.
I,ots 4, 5 and 6, of J. P. I~RMAN `S SUBDMSION ~
of Government Lots 2 and 3 of Szction 29, Town-
ship 36 South, Range 41 East, according to the
Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 1, at Page
203, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
W1~;REAS the principal swn of said note shall re~main FI'r'TEII~i THOUSAND AND R0~100 '
dollars, with interest thereon at the rate of Eight per cent per ann~n, and the
interest of said note sha11 be payable quarterly coffinencing December 1, 1966
and on the lst day of each March, June thereafter until September 1, 1967 when
any balance of principal. with interest thereon shall became due and payable. i

NOW Tf~'ORE for and in consideration of the premises, it is understood and !
agreed by and between the Mortgagor and the Mortgagee that the principal sum
and~or interest of said note and mortgage hereinabove described be and the same ~
hereby remain unchanged, and the payments are changed as stated above, and that in
all other respects the conditions, provisions and terms contained in said note
and mortgage be, and the same hereby are, ratified a.nd confirmed.
