WITNESSETH: That the Grantors for and in consideration of the sum of

lease, convey and confirm unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in

LAICEWOOD PARK, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11,
page 35 , Pub2ic Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditamentra urtenances thereto

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever. ~
AND the Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantee th zt they are 14wfully
seized of said land in fee simple; that they have good right ar~ lawful author- ~
ity to sell and convey said land; that they hereby fully warrant the title to
said land and will defend the satne against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances.
This conveyance is made subject to the following conditions and restrictions
which shall be construed as covenants real running with the land to wit:
1. SubjeCt to existing easements, if any and to easements shown on the sub-
division plat. ;
2. Subject to restrictions of record recorded in Deed Book 248,
at Page 149 , Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ;
3. Subject to taxes for the year 19 66 and subsequent years.
