RUPIs'RT JASON SMITH, first being duly aworn, deposes
and says that he is an Attorney, practicing in Fort Pierce,
Florida, and is familiar with that Quit-Claim Deed recorded
in O.R. Book 121 , at Page 24b , covering the property des-
cribed in said Quit-Claim Deed, and that "BYRON J. HOLMES"
and "JOHN B. HOI,MES", both of whom are the huaband of "GENEVA
B. HOI,MES", are in fact one and the ~ame persc~n, and this
Affidavit is given for the purpose of clearing up any title ~

problem in connection with the following described property:
East 75 feet of the west 348.12 feet of
the North one-half of Lot 97, GARDEN CITY
FARMS, a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 2,
Page 5, in the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, 7,ESS, the North 25 feet
thereof for right-of-way for Avenue "I".
And your affiant knows that "BYR~N J. HOLMES" and "JOHN B.
HOLMES" are one and the aame person.
