Statutes, in Official Record Book 138, pages lls-118, of the
public records of St. Lucie Gaunty, Florida.
In this instrument the singular ahe~ll include the plural,
and the masculine shell include the feminine and neuter. All
rights and obligat ions wnder this mortgage shall extend to and
be bindin6 upon the reapective heirs, eaecutore, e~dmfnistrator$,
successors and assigns of tka Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
