KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That WALTER E.
HELLER & COMPANY OF FLARIDA, a Florida corporation, the
owners and holders of that certain mortgage and the note secured
thereby, dated July 22, I965 and recorded in Official Records Book !
123 at pages I98 through 205, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida and encumbering the property described therein, and
located in St. Lucie County, Florida, does hereby declare that
the lien of the above-described mortgage shall henceforth and
forever be subject, suborcii~~ and inferior at all times to the
k lien of that certain znortgage held by the FLORIDA FIRST NATIONAL

~ BANK AT VERO BEACH, a U. S. banking corporation, in the

principal sum of $125, 000. 00, dated August 26, 1966 and recorded
in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida in Official Re- '

cord Book 153 at pages 524 through 527, and which encumbers
the above-described property. The undersigned hereby spe- ~
cifically agrees that the above-described mortgage held by FLORIDA
FIRST NATIONAL BANK AT VERO BEACH, a U. S. banking cor-
poration, is and shall be prior in lien and superior in right and ~
