In this instrument the singular shall include the plural,
and the masculine she_11 inclade the feminine and neuter. All
rights and obligat ions under this mortgage shall extend to and
be bindin6 upon the respec~ive heirs, eaecutors, admini~~ratore,
successors and assigns of the ~tortgagor and Mortgagee.
