CRANS and SVSLYN HATC~R CRAt~, his wife, (here ina fter re ferred to as "Grantor ) and I~4NS CSD~1R GRAVSS , INC a Florida corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Grantee); WITNSSS$THz T'hat for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ~$10) and other good and valuable consideration~, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the Grantor, by these presenta does qrant, convey and aet over unto the Grantee, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, the following described non-exclusive easement, to wit: A non-exclusive easement providing ingress and egress for traffic purposes, without restrictions, over, upon ~r.~ acrea~ t??~ ~xisting~road which runs east and wESt and lies parallel to an~ which is north of the "south ditch", the location of said "south ditch" being along the south boundary of Parcel B desc=ibed in that certain mortgage given by the Grantor to Connecticut General Life Insurance Company and recorded in Official Records Book 138, Page 504, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. The easement herein granted shall run eastward from that certain easement for road from John M. Motsinger Truatee, et al, to Royston C. Crane, et al, recorded in Officisl Records Book 92, Page 350 of said public recorda ~ to the Southeast corner of the aforesaid Parcel B. ~ ~ p~ ~?QA+~Art t5 ~eet in width east-west running ~~~g° South from the aforesaid existing road to a point on the ~±N S North line of Parcel A as described in the aforesaid 8 Connecticut General mortgage, said point being 50 feet s~ east of the Northwest corner of said Parcel A and said ~ d~ point also being the centerline of said 15 foo~ easement.
