Together with all buildings, improvements, Pixtures or
~ appurtenances now or hereafter erected thereon or placed there-
in, including all apparatus, equipment, fiatures or articles,
whether in single units or centrally controlled, used to sup-
ply heat, gae, air. conditioning, weter, light, power, refrig-
- eration, ventilation or other services, and any other thing
now or hereafter therein or thereon, the furnishing of which
by lessors to lessees is customary or appropriete, including
screens, window shades, storm doors end windows, floor cover-
ings, sareen doors, in-a-daa~ beds, a~nings, stoves and water
heaters (all of which are intended to be and are hereby de-
clared to be a part of said real estate whether physically
etiached tnereto or not); and also together with all ease-
ments and the rents, issue s and profits of said premises which
are hereby pledged, assign ed, transferred and set over unto the
Mort~a~ee, whether now due or hereafter to become due as pro-
vided in the Supplementel Agreement secured hereby. Ths Mort-
gagee is h~reby subrogated to the ri~rhts of all mortgagee~,
lienholders and oxners paid off by the proceeds of the loan
hereby secured.

ings, improvements, fixturea, appurtenances, apparatus and
equipment, and with all the rights and privileges thereunto
belonging, unto said Mort~agee forever, Por the u$ea herein
