Statutes, in Official Record Book 138, pages 115-118, of the
public records of St. Lucie ~ounty, Florida.
In this instrument the singular sh~21 include the plural,
and the masculine sh+~21 i.nclude the femfnine and neuter. Al1
rights and obligat ions under this mortgage shall extend to and
be bindins upon the respective heirs, executors, adminiatratora,
successors and assigns of the Nlortgagor end Mortgagee.
