Statutes, in Official Record Book 138, pages 115-118, of the
public records of St. Lucie Gounty, Florida.
In this instrument the sin~ular shall include the plural,
end the masculine shell include the feminine and neuter. All
rights and obligat ions under this mortgage shall extend to and
be bindin6 upon the respective heirs, eaecutor~, administrators,
successors and assign~ of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
