THIS WARRANTY DEED, Made and executed the 25th day of May
19 66 , by DONALD L. SHEPHARD, AS TRUSTEE, and JEROME A. SIMONS, AS TRUSTEE,
hereinafter called the Grantors, to MRS. ADBLE TURSK
whose postoffice address is 4118 N. Western Avenue
Chicago 18, Illinois
hereinafter called the Grantee: '

$ 19.00 , and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, by the~e presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, re-
lease, convey and confirm unto.the grantee, all that certain land situate in
St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
Lot(s) numbered 14 , Block numbered 129 , Unit numbered 10
LAKEWOOD PARK, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11
page 29, Public Records of S~. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HQLD, the same in~fee simple forever.
AND the Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantee that they are lawfully
seized of said land in fee simple; that they have good right and lawful author-
ity to sell and convey said land; that they hereby fully warrant the title to
said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances.
This conveyance is made subject to the following conditions and restrictions
which shall be construed as covenants real running with the land to wit:
1. Subject to existing easements, if any and to easements shown on the sub-
division plat. ~ ,
2. Subject to restrictions of record recorded in Deed BOOk 244,
at Page 349 , Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
3. Subject to taxes for the year 19 66 and subsequent years. !
