That the undersigned, QULF OIL CORPORATION, a Pennsylvania d'~'~ r~
corporation, organized and existi.ng under the laws of the State of l~~u
Pennsylvania, having an ofFice in the Gulf B~ding, Pittsburgh, ~
Pennsylvania, owner of service station property and improvements
on Okeechobee Raad, in the City of Fort Pterce, St. Lucie County,

Florida and for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar
($1.00) and other valuable consideratS ons, to it in hand paid by
the City of Fort Pierce, State of Florida, a municipal corporation
of Florida, the receipt whereof is hereby aclmowledged, does grant
unto the said City of Fort Pierce, State of Florida, and its successors,
an easement for the purpose of installing and maintaining power
lines and poles for the transmission and distribution of electrical
energy over the east ten (10) feet of that certain tract of land
described in and conveyed to GIILF OIL CORPORATION by Deed, dated
October 30, 1964, recorded in Official Records Book 105, Page 549
of the Public-Hecords of St. Iucie County, Florida, said land lying
