harmlesa QULF OIL CORPORATION From and against any and all losses,
datnages, claims, suits or actions, ~udgments and coats, whiah may
arise or grow out of in~ury to or death of any peraon or pereona
or any loss of or damage to property owned by or in the possession
of aUI,F OIL CORPORATION, its agent, guesta, cuatomeis, servants, em-
ployees, or any person xhomsoever, in any manner whatsoever, arising
out of the installation, use, operation, presence, maintenance,
alteration, repair or removal of said power lines and poles.
The arantee herein agrees that it will at any time, or from
time to time, upon request of grantor make suah ahanges in the
location of the said lines, wires, poles, etc., Qovered by this
grant, as ahall in the ~udgment of the grantor be necessary or
desirable to permit the safe and convenient operation of grantor~s
service station and facilities, or For any purpose grantor may de-
sire. It is understood, however, that the expense and cost of any
such relocation as may be so req~tested by grantor shall be paid by
grantor.
IT IS EXPRESSLY C~Th'[~TANTE~ AAID At}RBED that th3s easement
agreement does in no wise convey the fee simple title to this
property, but ie only an easement for the use thereof, and for
the purposes herein stated. It is flu~ther covenanted and agreed ;
that this is a non-exclusive easement and GULF OIL CORPORATION,

its agents and sublessees shall have continuous use of the pre- t
mises covered by this easement. In the event the City of Fort
Pierce or its successors, at any time discontinues the use thereof
for such purposes, all right, title and interest herein granted
shall i~mnediately revert tQ the undersi~ed or its succesaors in
title, ~
