THIS INDENTURE, Made this the ~day of August, A.D. 1966,
between DONALD D. REED ~nd EtIGENE D. HAUGH1i0N, a partnership d/b/a
REED-HAUGH'PON MO'PORS, joined by their respective wives, BEATRICE L.
REED and SARAH F.'HADGHI~ON, parties of the first part, and CITY OF
FQRT PIERCE, a municipal corporation of the State of Alorida, party
of the second part,
k'ITNESSE'fl-I: That fihe said parties of the first part, for and
. in consideration of the Sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable -
~ considerations to them in hand paid by the party of the second part,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained
and sold, and by these presents do grant, bargain and sell to the
said party of the second part, its successors and assigns, a per-

petual~easement and right-of-way over, upon and across the following
described land, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-witt: ~

This deed is made for the purpose of giving and granting to the
party of the second part, its successots, legal representativrs and
no -exclusive
assigns, a right-of-way and perpetual~easement in and to said lands
for ingress and egress purposes; and the said parties of the first
part do hereby fully warrant the title to said iands, and wi11 defend
the same against the Iawful claims of all persons whomsoever, claim-
ing by, through or under parties of the first part.
