and assessed thereon for 1966 and subsequent years, and also subject to
the mortgage thereon given by Harold A. Park and Thelma M. Park, his wife,
to Peninaular Life Insurance Company, dated December 23, 1964, and to
secure the principal sum of $6,800.00 and interest thereon at the rate of
6~96 per annum, as recorded in the office of the Clerk of Circuit Court of
St. Lucie County, Florida in Official Records Hook 108 at page 28, the
balance of which mortgage indebtedness the grantee hereby assumes and
agrees to pay as and for a part of the consideration of this deed.
