THIS WARRANTY DEED, Made and executed the 6th day of April, ,

WITNESSETH: That the Grantors for and in consideration of the sum of
$ 10.00 , and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, re-
lease, convey and confirm unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in
St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
Lot(s) numbered 2 and 3 , Block numbered 137- , Unit numbered 11,
LAKEWOOD PARK, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11,
page 32 , public Records of S~. Lucie County. Florida.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE ALv~D TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantee that they are lawfully
seized of said land in fee simple; that they have good right and lawful .author-
ity to sell and convey said land; that they hereby fully warrant the title to
said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever~ ~nd that said land is free of all encumbrances.
This ~onveyance is made subject to the following conditions and restrietions
which shall be construed as covenants real running with the land to wit:
1. Subject to existing easements, if any and to easements shown on the sub-
division plat. `
