THIS WARRANTY DEED, Made the day of ~vT~M/JE/e , ~
1966, by UNA V. GARNER, a widow, being the.unremarried spouse of D.• R.
GARNER, deceased, hereinafteT called the Grantor, to LLOYD TAYLOR,
whose postoffice address is 404 South 5th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, ~

TOGETHER WITH right of egress and ingress over and across the

and Grantor covenants with Grantee that the certain mortgage from
George Hanner and Beulah Hanner, his wife, to D. R. Garner and Grantor
dated November 27, 1957, recorded in Mortgage Book 142, page 575, securing
$5, 450. 00, has been satisfied by merger into the fee simple title.
TOGETHER, with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
