THIS INSTRUM~NT made this ~_day of September, 1966,
between NORTH BEACH WATER COMPANY, a Florida corporation, as party
of the first part and ST. LUCIE COZA~iTY, P. O. Box 700, Fort Pierce,
Florida, as party of the second part.
W I T N$ S S S T H:
That the party of the first part, in consideration of the
sum of One Do11ar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, the ~
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants to the
party of the second part, its successors and assigns, a non-exclu-
sive easement to lay and maintain an underground water pipe not
larger than three (3) inches in diameter through and across the
following described land in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
The East 3 feet of Lot 1, in Block 4, of Fort
Pierce Beach Subdivision, in the City of Fort
Pierce, Florida, according to a plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 4, at page 58, of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida;

~ the North line of said Lot 1, a distance of
3 feet, thence run North, paralleling an ex-
tension of the East line of said Lot 1, to the
lands of the United States of America, being
the South right~of way line of Fort Pierce In-
let, thence run Easterly along said South line
of the lands of the United States of America,
a distance of 3 feet, more or less, to a point
due North of the point of beqinning, thence
run South to the Point of Beginning.
It is expressly understood and agreed between the parties
hereto that this Easement is granted ~ubject to the following
~ terms and conditions:
1. That the party of the first part shall incur no
liability or cost whatsoever in the laying or maintenance of the
underground water pipe as above set forth and that any damage to
