by the party of the second part at no cost to the party of the
first part.

2. That the party of the second part will at no ex-
pense to the party of the first part relocate said water pipe on
the above described property in the event said pipe interfers
with the maintenance or replacement of the existing main on said
property.
3. That in the event the party of the first part de-
termines to sell said property, it may cancel this Easement but
shall give said party of the second part an opportunity to pur-
chase said property prior to such cancellation.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the party of the first part has caused
these presents to be duly executed in its name by its President,
and its corporate seal to be hereto affixed, the date first above
