in the Subdivision of Russell Estates, Plat Book 1,
page 186~, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
~"Fourth Parties" hereby grant to "Fifth Parties", their
heirs and/or assigns, a permanent and perpetual easement of ingress
and egress aver, upon and across the follawing described property:
THE NORTH 30 FEET OF T1~ FOLLaWING DESCRIBED
PROPERTY: Beginning at the West right of way
of Ridgehaven Road, and the South line of Lot 11, then
run West 164.47 feet, then North 165.84 feet, then run
East to the Wesrt right of way of Ridgehaven Road,
then run Southerly along the West right of way of
Ridgehaven Road to the point of beginning, in the
Subdivision of Russell Estates, Plat Book 1, page
186, St. Lucie County Public Records.
The purpose of this conveyance is solely to create a permanent
perpetual easement for the purpose of ingress and egress aver, upon
and across the above described real property to the Fifth Parties
and their heirs and/or assigns forever.
