To Whom It May Concern:
KNOW ALL MEN BY 1HESE PRESENTS that Robert Paul, authorized
Agent for FT. PIERCE ASSOCIATES, a Partnership, being the same person
who executed Notice Of Commencement, dated May 18, 1966, and recorded
in Official Record Book 146, at page 200-201 of the public records of
Saint Lucie County, Florida, describing certain property on which a
Howard Johnson Motor Lad~e and Restaurant was being constructed, does
hereby correct, release and exclude from said Notice Of Commencement
the following described property:
Prom the Northwest corner of the SW4 of the
SV~ of Section 24, Township 35 South, Range 39
East, St. Lucie County, Plorida, run South 38
feet; then run East parallel with the North
line of the S~ of the ST~T4 692.1 feet; then run
South ~arallel with the East line of the SW4 of
the SW4 340.9 feet to Point of Beginning; then
continue South 154.84 feet to the North rig~it-
of-way of State Road #?0; then run Southwesterly
along said right-of-way 160.0 feet; then run
North ~arallel with the West line of the S11F of
the SW4 209.0 feet; then run East parallel with
the North line of the SVIF of the SW4 151.05 feet
to the Point of Beginning.

The above~property was under a contract of sale to Standard Oil Company
at the time saici No~ice u~ Lominencemen~ was ~x~~.u~zi, a~d na improve-
ments or construction have been made on the above described property
concerning any construction involved with the Howard Johnson Motor
Lodge and Restaurant, and the above described property is therefor
expressly released from the Notice Of Commencement.
