PAR TiAL R ELEASE OF MOR TGAGE ~
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, PETER E. SiMON and RITA SIMON, his wife,
MELVIN S. TAUB and CAROL TAUB, his wife, SAMUEL 'BRQDIE and
RITA'BRODIE, his wife, HERBERT'KAY and EDYTHE KAY, his wife,
and PHILIP H. ~SIMON and MILDRED K. SIMON, his wife, said husbands
doing business as'FORT PIERCE ASSOCIATES, a partnership, by Indenture
of Mortgage dated the 29th day of March, 196b, and recorded in the office
of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of SL. Lucie, State
of Florida, in Official Records Book 141, pages 51?-Z5, granted and
conveyed unto NEW JERSEY BANK AND TRUST COMPANY and assigns,
the premises therein particularly described, to secure the payment of
Six Hundred Fifty Five Thoasand and Q0~100 Dollars ($655, OOQ. 00) with
interest therein mentioned:
AND WHEREAS THE SAID PETER E. SIMON and RITA
SIMON, his wife, MELVIN S. TAUB and CAROL TAUB, his wife, SAMUEL
BRODIE and RITA BRODIE, his wife, HERBERT KAY and EDYTHE KAY,
his wife, and PHILIP H. SIMON and MILDRED K. SIMON, his wife, doing
business as FORT PIERCE ASSOCIATES, a partnership, requested the
said NEW JERSEY BANK AND TRUST COMPANY to release the premises
hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from
the lien and operation of said Mortgage:
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That the said NE"W JERSEY
BANK AND TRUST COMPANY as well in consideration of the premises
as of the sum of Ten Dollar s and other good and valuable conside: ations,
to it in hand paid by the said PETER E. SIMON and RITA SIMON, liis
wife, MELVIN S. TAUB and CAROL TAUB, his wife, SAMUEL BRODIE
and RITA BRODIE, his wife, HERBER T KAY and EDYTHE KAY, his
wife, and PHILIP H. SIMON and MILDRED K. SIMON, his wife, doing
business as FORT PIERCE ASSOCIATES, at the titne of execution hereof,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, aaes hereby remise, release, ~
quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the Zien and operation of said ~
mortgage unto the said FORT PIERGE ASSOCIATES, its heirs and assigns,
all th~d*t piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed ~
