FRANKIE GRIFFITH JOHNSON, first being duly aNOrn, .
deooses and says: That she gives this Affidavit for the pur-
pose of clearing up any question in regard to that certain Deed,
recorded in Deed Book 96, at Page 360, of the St. Lucie County
Public Records, covering the following described real property:
Lot Seven (7) in McCray Court, a Subdivision
in the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, a Plat of
which is recorded in tbe Public Records of St.
Zucie County, Florida, in Flat Book 6, at Page .

MARTHA SMITH, referred to in said Deed, was a widow and
single adult at the time of her deAth and left surviving her,
~ three children - NATHANIEL SMITH, CAI?I,IE WILLIAMS and FRANKIE
GRIFFITH, and these are the sole heirs of said MARTHA SMITH, ~

deceased, and to clear up the estate in connection with the above ~
described property, your affiant's brother and sister deeded to ~

the undersigned, all of their interest in said property.
That ever since the year 1940, your affiant has owned this
property, has paid all the taxes and assessments due thereon,
I
and has maintained a rental home on the premises, and has been in
constructive possession of said property for more than the past
25 years, and has been actually collecting the renta2s and keeping
the premises in good repair.
Your affiant further states that FRANKIE GRIFFITH and
FRANKIE JOHNSON are one and the same person.
