of all stockholders, officers, directors, managing agents, sub-
sidiaries and ~ffiliates of Lessee, or such co~porate assignee~
and to any corporation in which the stockholders of Lessee or such
~orpo^ation assignee are owners of stock. Said restrictions and
limitations shall also apply to members of the immediate family
of Lessee and to the immediate family of individuals having an
interest.in this Lease.
SECTION 5, By this lease, Lessor does not acquire any right, title
or interest in or to any property of Lessee except such rights as .
are specifically stated in the Lease. Lessor is not and never
shall be liable to any creditor of Lessee or to any claimant against
the estate or property of Lessee for any debt, loss, contract or ;

other obligation of Lessee. The relationship between Lessor and ~ ~

Lessee is solely that of landlord and tenant, and is not and never i
srall be deemed a partnership or ~oint ventureo

SECTION 6~. Except as otherwise specifical~y provided herein, damage ~
