occur prior to the date specified in the habendum clause of this
lease for the commencement of the term and in the event that Lessee,
prior to said date, shall actually have commenced doing business
from the demised premises, the term of this lease and the accrual
of rental hereunder shall commence on the date of such commencement

of commence~ent of rent hereunder shall occur on a day of the month
other than the day specified in Section 1 of this Article III of
lease, the first rental payment (both of fixed rent and Percentage

be ad~usted for the proportionate fraction of the whole month so
that all rental payments, other than the first, shall be made and
~ecome due and payable on the day of each month so specified in
Sec~ion l, A supplement to this lease is hereto attached and made
a part hereof containing blanks for the date of commencement and
exgiration of said term~ Each party hereto agrees, upon request ~
