Section 7a. If the term of this lease and/or the accrua! of rent hereunder
shaft not have commer~ced within five years from the date of execution of this
iease, then in that event, without any prejudlce or waiver of any rights oF the parties
herein, this lease shall thereupan become null and vold and have no further force and
effect whatsoever in law or equity.
