HomeMy WebLinkAbout1353 ~ (Article 1V • Section 4 concl'd) Lessee covenants and agrees that he will, during ~he *erm of this lease, make any and all structural repairs to said premises, including but not limited to, all structurai re- pairs to the roof, exterior walls, interior walls, foundations, supporting members, driveways and parking areas. Lessee.; ~ Lessor ` (Article 1V - Section 4a) Without limiting or qualifying the generality of any provision relating to the obligation of the Lessee to make repairs and maintain the demised premises, the Lessee's obli- gation to repair and maintain the demised premises and the im- provements thereon shall specifically include the complete main- tenance and repair of all exterior surfaces, including but not limited to the ceramic tile, the f~loor and sidewalk surfaces, ventilating systems, plumbing and electrical systems, driveways - ~ ~ and parking areas. It is expressly understood that this lease ~ ~ is net to the Lessor and that any and all repairs necessary or required shall be at Lessee's sole cost and expense.
