HomeMy WebLinkAbout1354 ~ ~ : ` any express or implied contract by Lessee, and any claim to or lien upon said demised premises arising from any act or omiss~on of Lessee shall accrue only against the sub-leasehold estate of Lessee and shall in all respects be sub~ect and subordinate to the paramount title and rights of the Lessor and the Fee Owner in ~?nd to said demised premises and the buildings and improve- ments thereon. Lessee will not permit the demised premises to become sub~ect to any meChanics~, laborers~ or materialmen's ].ien on account of Zabor•or material furnished to the Lessee or claimed to have been furnished to the Lessee in connection with work of any character per£ormed or claimed to have been performed on the demised premises by or at the direction or sufferance of the Lessee. - ARTICLE VII i;VSURANCE SECTION 1.
